First off, to those of you still here, posting and eager to get on, our sincere thanks and profuse apologies.

Well. So. Things have got behind rather, haven't they? I'm as much to blame as anyone and for my part, I apologise. I know that I need a right kick up the arse, I don't know about the rest of you.

So. In a valiant, last ditch attempt to get things moving again, I have moved the game date on to Monday 16th September and am inviting everyone to go and post in their classes, at the very least. I will also set up some meal threads and do some pimping to try and get things moving.

To take stock of where we are, if you are still interested in playing, please reply in this thread. No reply there in the next seven days and we will assume you have left. (Assuming you have left will mean that any canon characters will be reopened to applications and your 'in character' ids will be frozen.) I should probably point out that some players/characters have not actually been heard from for months.

If you would like to continue playing but do not feel that you can devote the necessary time to continue with your current character(s), please let us know and hopefully we can find another character that would suit you better.

I am in no position to complain about lack of posting at the moment but really, I know we said we were a game designed for busy people but no game can survive if people don't visit and post occasionally. It is very difficult to know what to do with a thread if you don't know whether you will have a reply from someone your character is talking to within a couple of weeks.

To be honest, it was the chasing people to come and post that really started to make this place seem more like a chore than a game to me and I really don't want to start that all over again. If you're not actually intending to play, please don't say that you are. It doesn't help.

Should we bother?
